These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 3kbd platform, including all cricket betting markets, casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and any promotional offers made available to registered players in Bangladesh. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 3kbd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. 3kbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a national identification card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity, at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documents when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Each player may hold only one account on 3kbd. Creating duplicate accounts, sharing account access with another individual, or registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. 3kbd reserves the right to close any additional accounts detected and to withhold balances associated with fraudulent or duplicate registrations.

2. Account Responsibilities

As a registered 3kbd player, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Your obligations include the following:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Notifying 3kbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that all payment details you provide belong to you personally.
• Refraining from using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Keeping your contact information, including your email address and phone number, accurate and up to date.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3kbd supports deposits and withdrawals via locally trusted payment services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We also support select bank transfer options through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Each bonus offer is valid for a single use per eligible player account.

All bets placed on 3kbd — whether on cricket, basketball, live sports markets, slots, or live casino tables — are final once confirmed. 3kbd employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Void Bets and Cancellations

3kbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, during a technical fault, or as a result of fraudulent activity. In the event a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant market. Prohibited Betting Conduct

The use of betting bots, automated wagering software, arbitrage strategies intended to exploit system errors, or any form of collusion between players to manipulate outcomes is strictly forbidden. 7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 3kbd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 3kbd or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 3kbd platform without prior written permission.

The 3kbd brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of any 3kbd trademark, trade name, or branding in any medium or format is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3kbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems, telecommunications providers, or internet service disruptions.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from events outside 3kbd's reasonable control.
• Any user-initiated action that violates these Terms and Conditions.

3kbd makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

3kbd is committed to protecting the personal information of all registered players. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the 3kbd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

All data transmission between your device and the 3kbd platform is encrypted using SSL technology. 3kbd will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to your stored personal data, subject to applicable data protection regulations.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

3kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or provision of false registration information. In such cases, pending withdrawals and bonus balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. 3kbd reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute related to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or platform usage where the outcome is directly determinable from platform logs, RNG audit records, or provider settlement data. Such decisions are final and binding.
